Dr. Joseph Rosenblum (ISR, eHealth Ventures)

Prof. Havlík is the director of the University Hospital Olomouc since 2012. He graduated from the Medical Faculty of the Palacký University in Olomouc in the field of General Medicine. Prof. Havlík is the director of the University Hospital Olomouc since 2012. He graduated from the Medical Faculty of the Palacký University in Olomouc in the field of General Medicine. He has been working at the University Hospital Olomouc since 1994 as a surgeon. He specializes in pancreatic surgery. Vít Voženílek was one of the first who systematically implemented computer technology into geography after the fall of communism in the 1990s. In addition to focusing on modeling of spatial phenomena (especially geographic processes), he took the lead in Czech thematic and atlas cartography based on applications of geographical information systems. Vít founded the Department of Geoinformatics at Palacky University Olomouc in 2001 and is still its head. He is a professor of geoinformatics, the most cited Czech cartographer and Vice-President of the International Cartographic Association.

Vít Voženílek was one of the first who systematically implemented computer technology into geography after the fall of communism in the 1990s. In addition to focusing on modeling of spatial phenomena (especially geographic processes), he took the lead in Czech thematic and atlas cartography based on applications of geographical information systems. Vít founded the Department of Geoinformatics at Palacky University Olomouc in 2001 and is still its head. He is a professor of geoinformatics, the most cited Czech cartographer and Vice-President of the International Cartographic Association.

Ing. Martin Zeman, DMS

He obtained his master’s degree in technical cybernetics – medical biocybernetics at the Czech Technical University in Prague and postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies, specialization for management of health service organizations at The Nottingham Trent University. He has several publications in the area of management and informatics in healthcare. He currently works as director at NCEZ, which is the national e-Health authority under the Ministry of Health. He was formerly the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the North Bohemia Regional Hospital Trust. He is Chairman of the Czech Society of Medical Informatics and Scientific Information. Martin is responsible for nationwide strategy and implementation of the digital health services in the Czech Republic.
Ron Lindner joined Elad Health in 2009,  starting 2011 for 6 years Ron acted as the CEO of Elad Systems and Elad Health. Prior to joining Elad Solutions, Ron was CEO of Picom Software Systems Ltd for eight years and Product line manager at Computer Associates Israel.  Ron has impressive leadership and executive management expertise. He holds a B.Sc degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Marketing Management.

Ron Linder, B.Sc., MBA (CEO, Elad Health)

Ron Lindner joined Elad Health in 2009, starting 2011 for 6 years Ron acted as the CEO of Elad Systems and Elad Health. David Školoudík is Professor of Neurology and Director of the Center for Science and Research at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Palacký University. Ass. Prof. Alena Petrakova, MD, PhD

Ass. Prof. Alena Petrakova has over 30 years experience in global health. She is a medical doctor with postgraduate specialty diplomas in paediatrics, medical genetics and public health, and Ph.D. degree in medical sciences. She has long-term experience in education of health professionals at both national and international levels (School of Public Health in the Czech Republic, European Training Consortium in Public Health). She worked over 15 years´ in international organizations (World Health Organization in 1999 – 2009 and European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control in 2009 – 2014) where she gained know-how in health development and global public health. Since 2016 she has been teaching public health in General Medicine, Dentistry and Public Health programmes at the Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry, Palacký University in Olomouc. She is Past-President of the European Public Health Association (EUPHA) and a member of the on EUPHA Working Group on EUPHA strategy 2020 – 2025. She is former member of the Executive Board of the Association of Schools of Public Health in the European Region (ASPHER) and since November 2017 Co-Chair of the ASPHER V4 (Visegrad countries) interest group.
Klára Jiráková is currently the co-chair of the eHealth Member State Expert Group, which consists of managers responsible for implementing the eHealth National Contact Points. She also acts as the leader of the Patient Summary Member State Cluster and Legal Work Group in the eHealth Digital Service Infrastructure community. Klára is currently employed as IT project coordinator and lawyer at the Vysočina Region Regional Authority of the Czech Republic and is responsible for the implementation of the Czech National Contact Point for eHealth.

Dr. Tamar Erez is an associate director at TEVA Pharmaceuticals leading scientific and clinical studies as well as submissions of innovative drugs. She has over 10 years of hands-on global regulation and HMO experience including in the EU, US, Japan, Russia and Israel. Tamar’s post graduate research focused on population genetics, leading her to work on translational science – building genetic kits for FBI forensics, creating assays for the first commercial genetics for genealogy and later leading development of a personalized medicine startup. Tamar is a graduate of the first cohort of IDC Herzliya’s Healthcare Innovation MBA program.

In these disciplines, he is an expert at the National Centre of Electronic Healthcare (NCEZ) of the Ministry of Health and is developing scientific and research capacities at the National Telemedicine Centre (NTMC) of the University Hospital Olomouc.
